Returns and refunds
Because all of my products are printed to order, I do not accept returns or refunds except when you receive a defective product due to a manufacturing error or shipping damage. In this case, please contact me within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Cancellation
Because all items are printed to order, I cannot accept cancellation requests once I have started printing. However, if you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact me immediately and I will cancel it if I have not yet started printed your items.
